There are many reputable Fine Art Auction Houses in the Toronto area.

Cataloguing/Documenting

ARTLOCATOR^TM will document your collection.  

This includes photographing, recording specs, provenance and pertinent information. 

All cataloguing is recorded in “Collectify” a professional cataloguing system.

Leasing/Rentals

Leasing:

You can lease paintings from ARTLOCATOR^TM to create a rich and dynamic environment in your home or office.

Leases are for a minimum of 3 months. The monthly payment is 4% of the artworks purchase price. If you wish to purchase the artwork after the 3 months the montly charge will be deducted from the selling price. (3 months max.)

Rental:

Rental is by the week (15% of purchase price). Rental is ideal for events, staging or film.

Sourcing

ARTLOCATOR^TM will source works of art required for personal collections, staging or film (Fees vary).
